R3 Stone Tops LLC specializes in the fabrication, supply, and installation of stone countertops and other stone materials. All projects are subject to availability of materials and acceptance of a formal quote.
2. Estimates and Orders
Free Estimates: We provide free estimates upon request. Estimates are based on initial measurements and can change if additional work is required or if material costs fluctuate.
Project Approval: A project is confirmed once the client approves the final estimate and makes the initial deposit, as outlined in the payment terms.
Material Selection: All materials are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will offer comparable alternatives.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
Late Payments: Any outstanding balance unpaid within 15 days of project completion will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Installation and Warranty
Installation: Installation dates are scheduled based on material availability and client approval. Any changes in scope during installation may result in additional costs.
